Why read?
Out of session work plays an important role within the therapy process. I have found the following publications to be relatively straight forward and to offer appropriate self help material from both an REBT and CBT perspective. As with any self-help material these books are not a panacea but can form part of an overall individual therapy programme. Please contact me if you are unsure which might be the most appropriate for your individual problems.
